A Result of Us Working Together

2020 was a trying year for us all, but your continued support, flexibility, and patience helped us more than you know. I must begin by saying a heartfelt and sincere thank you. Despite the challenges of 2020, we had a record year thanks to your support.

At the start of a new year, you may be wondering what challenges lie ahead. In 2020, we faced a pandemic, riots, school closures, lockdowns, a record number of hurricanes, and more. We may not know all the challenges waiting for us in 2021 but be encouraged that you will not face them alone – we will face them together – with our customers, vendors, and employees – and overcome them together. Together, we overcame our challenges of 2020 and together we will rise above our future challenges. 

Moving forward, we can be excited about many things. We will have new opportunities to serve our customers with fiber products as some will begin to offer internet service to their members. We have strengthened and added new manufacturers to our traditional product lines, creating new opportunities with existing customers. With the addition of our new warehouse in Tennessee, we will be able to better serve and grow in that market. The electric vehicle market will begin to rapidly expand over the next few years, which will allow us to support our customers with EV chargers. Many of our customers will begin new LED projects across our footprint. Our website will give us new capabilities to expand our tool market. We have added new UAS manufacturers better positioning us for more growth.  Last, but not least, we have welcomed many new employees at Gresco and certainly, there will be more in the upcoming year. All the above will advance us toward an even better Gresco, but growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of us working together.

I must say, I’m proud that Gresco is not about or defined by its products, trucks, offices, or warehouses, but rather by its people – our employees and the customers we serve. I’m looking forward to this year, for I am confident that we will continue to stand together as one. We will continue to pursue excellence.
