Steve has held various positions since joining Gresco in 1995 and was appointed as president and chief executive officer in 2016. Before Gresco, he worked as an auditor for McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks & Co. Steve graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in accounting. He and his wife Amy have two sons, Chase and Ty. In his free time, Steve enjoys hunting, cycling, and spending time with his family.

Joey joined Gresco in 1997 and helped open the Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana divisions. Prior to Gresco, he worked in inside sales and was a branch manager at Hughes Supply. Joey graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in business administration. He has been married to his wife, Sandy, for more than 20 years, and together they have three children, Hannah, Seth, and Shelton. Joey enjoys duck and deer hunting and watching his boys play the great game of baseball.

Scott joined Gresco in 2003 as the first official Information Technology employee. Since those days, he has worked in various leadership roles at Gresco, such as information technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, sales, and more. He has also served on a school board for over 15 years in various leadership roles, including chairman of the board. He enjoys spending time with his wife, seven children, and grandchildren.

Melissa joined Gresco in 2001 as a manager of accounting and finance and controller. Prior to Gresco, she worked as an auditor at McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks & Co. Melissa holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Mercer University. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and is happily married to her husband, Earl.

Deborah joined Gresco in 2011 as an account manager and was promoted to director of sales – business development and strategic accounts in 2019. In 2025, she took on a new role as vice president of strategic business development. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the electrical and telecom industries, including roles with a regional distributor, a manufacturer in the telecom and utility market and a rep agency. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from McMaster University. Deborah enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends and playing with her three dogs: Bogey, Turbo, and Jack.

Jason joined Gresco in 1999 and has over 28 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry. He became vice president of operations and customer service in 2025. Throughout his career at Gresco, he has excelled in sales roles, built strong relationships with customers and vendors, and led the company’s expansion into new markets as a multi-state district manager. He has also focused on building and developing high-performing teams. Jason earned a degree in business management and finance from Troy University in 2007. He and his wife, Tanya, have two daughters: Kayla and Lindsay.

Brad joined Gresco in 2014 as a sales engineer and was promoted to director of technical solutions in 2021. In 2025, he assumed the role of vice president of sales & growth strategy. A graduate of Georgia Tech, Brad holds dual bachelor’s degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering. Before joining Gresco, Brad was a senior sales engineer with Cooper Power Systems, covering North Florida and South Alabama territories. Brad and his wife, Sarah, have been married for 15 years and are the proud parents of three children: Anna, Thomas, and Kate. In his free time, Brad enjoys coaching his youngest child's cross-country team, running, and exploring circuit board design and computer programming with the assistance of AI.
