Export Compliance Notice

Certain products and technologies distributed by Gresco Utility Supply, Inc., and its partners or manufacturers, including those offered through its Unmanned Autonomous Solutions (UAS) division, are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and other applicable U.S. laws governing export, re-export, and use. Gresco and its customers are required to comply with these regulations, including those imposed by applicable manufacturers.

This notice applies only to items identified as export-controlled in their product documentation, technical data, or listing.

Export Control Obligations

• Export, re-export, or transfer of export-controlled items may require authorization under the EAR.
• Controlled items may not be exported, re-exported, or used in violation of U.S. law, including restrictions related to destination, end use, or end user.
• Transfers to embargoed or sanctioned countries (including China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Syria) or to restricted parties are prohibited unless authorized by the U.S. Government.

Intended Use

Export-controlled items are intended for civil and commercial applications, such as mapping, surveying, inspection, or photogrammetry. Use in foreign military, weapons development, or other restricted programs is not permitted unless authorized under the EAR.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing or using any export-controlled item, customers acknowledge awareness of these restrictions and agree to comply with all applicable export control regulations.

Recordkeeping

Gresco maintains documentation as required by 15 CFR §§ 736–762 and may provide records to U.S. authorities upon request.
