Gresco Maintenance Program
Reduce shipping and logistics time with in-house maintenance performed by certified technicians at our service center in Georgia. Choose from two service tiers: Standard (every 12 months) or Premium (every 24 months or 300 hours).
Manufacturer-Specific Service Programs
Certain platforms include manufacturer-administered maintenance programs. Where applicable, Gresco UAS coordinates directly with authorized service centers to streamline diagnostics, claims, and maintenance scheduling.
The DJI Maintenance Program is executed by DJI's North American Service Center in California and is available for the M30 Series, Matrice 300, Matrice 350, or Mavic 3 Enterprise Series. It provides a fixed-cost maintenance solution with three tiers: Basic (every 6 months), Standard (every 12 months), or Premium (every 36 months or 600 hours).

Protect your drones so they’re ready for anything with our manufacturer-extended warranty programs. Extended warranties reduce repair costs for accidental damage and provide priority support and service, ensuring uninterrupted operations and the longevity of your unmanned systems.
Extended Warranty Programs
The following manufacturers offer accidental damage care policies: DJI Care Enterprise, Wingtra TMP+, Elios (Flyability) Care, Inspired Care, Skydio Care, FreeFly Armor, DJI Care Refresh, Autel Robotics Care Standard, Autel Robotics Care Premium, and Autel Robotics Care Dragonfish Care.
Warranty Coordination
If your drone encounters issues, simply send it to us for a comprehensive diagnosis. We'll assess warranty eligibility and manage claims on your behalf, so the process is smooth from diagnosis to return. In cases of defective products, we serve as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer, streamlining exchanges and warranty claims.
As regulatory frameworks evolve, structured maintenance documentation and certified service pathways support continued operational compliance and asset traceability.

Managed Fleet Administration
