Customer Connect Portal Feature Updates
We are excited to announce that a few new features have been added to the Gresco Customer Connect Portal!
First, you can now view monthly statements in the portal. The new month statement will be available on the first day of that month. Click on the “Documents” tab in the navigation bar. Here you will see the statements start with the month of September 2024. On the far-right hand side of the screen you have the option to view the PDF by clicking on the eye icon or downloading by clicking on the arrow.
The second feature update will be found in the Notifications tab in the navigation bar. Once you navigate to Notifications you will see a new option to subscribe to; “An order is shipped.” This notification will be tied to small parcel orders that ship out via UPS/FedEx with an associated tracking number.
