DJI Matrice 350 RTK Plus Combo with Care Enterprise Plus combines DJI's enterprise drone platform with DJI Care Enterprise Plus coverage for professional UAS operations. The Matrice 350 RTK offers up to 55 minutes of flight time, an IP55-rated aircraft, DJI O3 Enterprise transmission, six-directional sensing and positioning, RTK positioning, and support for multiple DJI payloads. Its operating temperature range of -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F) supports operation across a range of working environments.
Designed for enterprise applications, the Matrice 350 RTK can support workflows across public safety, geospatial operations, inspections, law enforcement, emergency response, search and rescue, firefighting, and other applications based on the installed compatible payload. DJI Care Enterprise Plus provides unlimited free repairs within the applicable coverage limit and includes additional benefits for select supported products. For the Matrice 350 RTK, DJI specifically identifies two free battery replacements per year and one factory maintenance service per year, subject to the applicable DJI Care Enterprise terms and regional availability.
Arm Lock Indicator:
The Matrice 350 RTK features arm lock detection to help verify that its frame arms are properly secured before flight. If an arm sleeve is not locked in place, DJI Pilot 2 provides a warning and prevents the aircraft from taking off until the issue is addressed.
Night-Vision FPV Camera:
The Matrice 350 RTK features a night-vision FPV camera designed to support operations in low-light environments. When used with DJI Pilot 2, the FPV camera provides pilots with an additional view of the operating environment during nighttime and low-light flights.
Six-Directional Sensing and Positioning:
The Matrice 350 RTK uses a six-directional binocular vision system together with an infrared sensing system to provide sensing, positioning, and obstacle awareness capabilities. The aircraft also supports an optional CSM Radar for additional obstacle-detection capability.
Multilayered Redundancy Design:
The Matrice 350 RTK incorporates redundancy within its aircraft and sensor systems to support enterprise flight operations. DJI also provides pre-flight checks through DJI Pilot 2 and additional flight safety features designed around the Matrice 350 RTK platform.
The DJI RC Plus Remote Controller The DJI RC Plus features a 7.02-inch LCD touchscreen with 1920 × 1200 resolution and maximum brightness of 1,200 nits. DJI identifies the controller as supporting Dual Operator mode, and its external WB37 battery configuration provides extended operating capability for enterprise missions.
The DJI BS65 Intelligent Battery Station The BS65 Intelligent Battery Station is designed to charge and manage batteries used with the Matrice 350 RTK. With a 220 V power supply, DJI states that two TB65 Intelligent Flight Batteries can be fully charged in approximately 60 minutes or charged from 20% to 90% in approximately 30 minutes. With a 110 V supply, corresponding charging times are approximately 70 minutes and 40 minutes.
DJI Care Enterprise Plus DJI Care Enterprise Plus provides unlimited free repairs within the applicable coverage limit. DJI states that eligible enterprise products bound to Care Enterprise Plus during the same period can share their total coverage. Service can be maintained for up to three consecutive years when applicable purchase and renewal requirements are met.
