Installed at or near the electric meter, this socket-mounted solution enables power from a portable generator to be routed through the main breaker panel, eliminating the need for extension cords and supporting hardwired circuits. The system is designed to automatically isolate utility power and prevent back feed conditions while allowing safe generator integration for residential backup power applications.

This hybrid configuration is intended for environments where standard meter-mounted installation is not approved, providing an alternative approach that maintains core functionality while avoiding utility restrictions.
