This comprehensive backup power kit combines the GenerLink™ 40A transfer switch with the Generac GP9500E tri-fuel portable generator to provide a complete, safe home backup power solution. The UL-listed GenerLink transfer switch installs directly behind your electric meter and automatically disconnects from the utility grid when generator power is detected, eliminating dangerous backfeed while delivering power directly to your breaker panel without extension cords running through your home.

The included Generac GP9500E tri-fuel generator delivers reliable power using gasoline (9500W), propane (8550W), or natural gas (7000W) with electric start capability and COsense® carbon monoxide protection technology. Features include 8.5-hour runtime on gasoline at 50% load, automatic voltage regulation, low-oil shutdown protection, and multiple outlet configurations including 120V GFCI duplex, 30A twist lock, and 50A straight blade outlets for maximum versatility in powering essential home systems.

Please note: Installation of a GenerLink requires prior approval from your local utility company. We recommend confirming your approval status with your electric provider if your utility company is not on the approved list drop-down menu above.
