This requires that your utility provider comes out and pulls the meter for your house to complete the installation. It provides a safe and reliable connection at the electric meter, allowing you to power selected circuits in your home during an outage without the need for extension cords or a manual panel changeover using a portable generator.

Hybrid Transfer Switch

The Hybrid Transfer Switch offers the same core functionality as the Standard model but is for utilities that do not approve devices behind the electrical meter. The Hybrid solution can be installed by a licensed electrician of the homeowner’s choice. It provides the same safe and reliable connection, allowing you to power selected circuits in your home during and outage without the need for extensions cords.
