Making an Impact: Gresco Charity Shoot Benefits Three Local Nonprofits

Gresco Utility Supply recently welcomed more than 200 attendees to The Meadows Sporting Clays in Forsyth, Georgia for its second Community Charity Shoot on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026, raising a total of $75,000 for three local nonprofit organizations.

Proceeds from the event were divided equally among Anchor of Hope Foundation, The Sunshine Foundation at Rob's Place, and Save A Pet, with each organization receiving $25,000 to support its mission and impact within the Middle Georgia community.

The day began with check-in at the pavilion, where attendees gathered to network, reconnect, and enjoy fellowship before heading out across The Meadows' expansive sporting clays course. Under sunny skies, attendees enjoyed several hours of shooting and networking. Following the morning shoot, guests gathered for lunch catered by Smoke South of Warner Robins, Georgia, before enjoying dessert and the afternoon raffle drawings. A grand prize shotgun was awarded along with a variety of other raffle prizes, including a YETI cooler, fishing supplies, tailgating equipment, and more.

The success of the event was made possible through the support of numerous sponsors, volunteers, and participants. Gresco would like to extend a special thank you to Ampirical and Whitehead & Associates, whose Platinum Sponsorships played a significant role in helping maximize the event's charitable impact.

"We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated, sponsored, volunteered, and contributed to the Community Charity Shoot. The generosity shown throughout the day will make a meaningful difference for these outstanding organizations and the people they serve."

Justin Davis, Georgia District Manager

Gresco would also like to thank The Meadows for hosting the event, Smoke South for providing lunch, and the many volunteers and staff members who helped make the day a success.

Through the continued support of customers, business partners, employees, and community members, the Community Charity Shoot remains an important opportunity to bring people together while giving back to organizations that make a lasting impact in our region.
