Gresco welcomes Jennie Bassett to the Georgia Division as their Lighting Specialist. Gresco's First Annual Florida Fall Fest was held on October 26, 2005. Customers and vendors exchanged information and ideas and a wide variety of products were showcased. With over 30 vendors and over 140 in attendance, our first event was a tremendous success.
Everyone enjoyed the barbeque buffet luncheon while enjoying the acoustic music of GRESCO's own Mitchell Bagley. At the conclusion of the show, prizes were awarded and both customers and vendors said their goodbyes and exclaimed "see you next year!"
The date for the 2nd Annual Florida Fall Fest will be announced in March 2006. Stay tuned....................

Incentive Award program in August

Each month, an employee will be

Gresco’s Wildwood facility
has 45,000 sq. ft. of covered
storage and approximately 65,000
sq. ft. of yard storage with
of equipment and supplies in
stock to meet the needs of more
than 40 customers across Florida,
and we continue to invest and
expand to meet the growing needs
of our customers in the future,
in this effort we are pleased
to announce the much anticipated
opening of our new 90,000 square
foot warehouse in the first quarter
of 2005.
Our
new warehouse is double the size
of the current warehouse allowing
us to expand our inventory and equipment.
Gresco Florida Division inventory
includes over 2500 single-phase transformers
and various size three-phase transformers
from Ermco and Cooper Power. Our
new warehouse has seven docks for
shipping and receiving. This is a
tremendous advantage more than tripling
our current dock area.
We
are also excited to now offer a trailer
mounted forklift for job site delivery.
Our delivery driver is trained to
use this forklift on virtually any
type of job site making delivery
of supplies more convenient for our
customers. There is a nominal fee
for this service.
Our
new warehouse is conveniently located
2 miles east of I-75 off of State
Road 44 at 6419 C.R. 219 in Wildwood.

Gresco welcomes
Wayne Nixon, our newest employee,
to the Gresco family. Wayne is
coming to us with twenty-seven
years of utility experience from
Stuart C. Irby, Co., where he
worked as an outside sales representative
supervisor covering the Louisiana,
Mississippi, Florida, and Alabama
areas. From there Wayne joined
Hughes Supply where he worked
for three years as a branch manager.
Wayne will be working at our
Alabama branch as an outside
sales representative. |
