It is once again time for Fall Fest. It is the time of year that really excites us at the Florida Division of
Gresco. It is a time of year for food and fun. It is a great opportunity for our customers to meet our vendors.
This experience makes working together a much more personal experience for all. It is also a great time, to

Luke Pearce was once again presented Florida's Top Incentive Award for the year. During 2010, he won the monthly award seven times. Gresco's Incentive Award Program is designed
to motivate employees to achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction by presenting an award to the employee(s) that pays attention to detail and makes no delivery mistakes
during the calendar month. The employee that wins the most awards for the year is then presented with a trophy. Chris Brown, Florida Warehouse & Transportation Manager, made the
presentation. Congratulations, Luke! Your commitment to Gresco's goal of 100% customer satisfaction is appreciated.

Gresco's 6th Annual Fall Fest was a big success with more vendors and customers participating than ever before. This event provides an opportunity for vendors and customers
to interact enabling our customers to learn about the newest products and to see how those products work. It also provides an opportunity to renew friendships and make new
business contacts. We appreciate the participation and support of all the vendors. They also made it possible to have a wide variety of prizes to give away. We are already
looking forward to next year's event which will be on Oct. 21, 2011.
